Director of Discipleship

Divine Mercy Roman Catholic Parish is seeking a full-time Director of Discipleship to assist the parish in its mission to nurture the faith formation, religious education and youth ministry of its members.

Responsibilities include the faith formation program of the parish, facilitating a process for assessing the needs of parish families, adults, children and youth, and developing appropriate goals and objectives for members of all ages.

Requirements include a BA degree in Religious Education or similar theological study and/or have equivalent religious course background/experience. Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing who exhibits leadership ability and a commitment to foster Christian education in accord with the teaching and practice of the Church; and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
