The 40 Days for Life prayer campaign will begin on September 28 and conclude on November 6.  Everyone is invited to join Kossuth County Right to Life for public prayer each Friday during the 40 days at 4:00 pm in front of the statue of Louis Kossuth on the Courthouse grounds. We will follow the 40 Days devotional and pray in union with others nationwide https://www.40daysforlife.com/en/resources-devotionals.aspx

If you are interested in signing up for a time to pray outside of Planned Parenthood during these times you can just google the 40 Days for Life Sioux City website and pick a time to pray. We also suggest choosing to fast on the day(s) that you pray outside Planned Parenthood if you are able. The prayer vigil is for the mothers who are considering an abortion and for the conversion of the hearts of those working at Planned Parenthood. There will be a kickoff session for the campaign at 7 p.m. on September 21 at Immaculate Conception Church (1212 Morningside Ave. Sioux City). If you cannot make it to Sioux City to pray, please keep the vigil in your personal prayers throughout the 40 days.
